Cameron Lily: 9mo!!

What the.... where the heck is the time gooiiinnnnng???

Yes.  Tis true.  C-Lil is 9 FRIGGIN MONTHS OLD!!!  Annnnd we love her more everyday. 

Cameron currently:

• 5 bottles a day, 3 meals
• 2 naps a day (almost 2 hrs each)
• still only 2 teeth
• wearing 9 & 12 month clothes (busted out all of avery's stuff from last summer that she didnt wear until she was 15 months old!!)
• size 3 shoe
• pulls up non stop and walks up & down furniture
• tries to climb on everything!  she crawled on top of the upside down laundry basket today!
• is trying to stand on her own...can last about 1 second :)
• is obsessed w/trying to wrestle
• loves fruit, puffs, and still tries to eat everything avery touches
• is chewing on everything in sight...as always
• loves to crawl over and sit on kerbey's bed with her :)
• LOVES playing in the tunnel w/aves
• is a MUCH better car traveler than she used to be
• is SO easy when we're shopping.  she loves to sit in that shopping cart :)
• CRACKS UP @ avery for all kinds of random reasons.  makes my heart melty.
• loves her daddy SO very much.  also causes melty-heart.
• wants attention all the time! 
• is extreeemely vocal...whether its excitement, frustration, sadness, whatev.  she'll let you know.

Some of my FAVE things:

• when she THROWS herself onto her back hoping someone will start wrestling with her.  she does this like...25ish times a day.  no lie.
• our little morning routine.  i love our alone time :)
• her excited snorting/panting.  hilar.
• the look she makes when someone walks by her without picking her up.  it's like the most terrible thing imaginable has just happened.
• how easy she is to put to bed.  thanks my little angel! :)
• the way she lovvvvves eskimo kisses.  IT'S MY FAVE!!!!

My sweeeeet little baby is growing up.  I LOVE YOU SOOOOO MUCH CAMO!! 

Aves @ 23 Months

The little nugget is almost 2!

Here the down-low on my almost-2-yr-old:

• talking up a STORM..it's like she filed away every word she ever heard and then when she discovered how to verbalize, she busted all of them out.  so cute!
• loves to say that any/every doll and action figure she owns is cyin'  (crying) when they're laying on the floor.
• is obsessssssed w/woody and buzz all of a sudden.  OBSESSED.
• loves to run and exclaim "i fast!!!"
• loves to go "grocery shopping" for real AND pretend.
• dances and sings all the time and tells us what she's doing while she's doing it ha.,  goober.
• when there's any type of ringing noise anywhere she fixates and says, "phonewanging??" over and over....and overrrrr..
• loves to read to and talk to her baby, puppy, buzz, whoever she happens to love the most that day :)
• gets super pumped when she hears/sees a "paypane" (airplane) in the sky
• is BFFs w/her baby sister.  loves to feed her, play with her, wrestle with her, and gets insanely distraught when cameron cries
• she loves to sit in camo's room while i give her a bottle and put her to bed.  she hides behind the changing table and just peeks around the corner to smile at us.  and she knows to be super quiet.  sweetest thing ev.
• can pick out the letter "w" and draw it!  so random?  NO clue who taught her this.  
• can sorta kinda count...with some guidance :)

Fav things to say:

LOVE YOU BABYGIRL!  You make me laugh non stop lately :)  Such a sweetie pie!

Aver-nugget @ 22 Months!!

Weight:  23.5 lb

Height: No clue...but you've grown BIG time lately

My lovely eldest daughter.  Words canNOT express how much we lovvvve you!  Your daddy, your babyseester, and I adore you in every possible way.  You are hilarious, adorable, danceriffic, sweet to the max, & just plain awesome.  Getting you out of bed in the mornings is the single GREATEST start to any day and listening to you BEG to go to bed each night is the perfect way to end :)  LOVE YOU BUTTERCUP!!!

Some of my favs:

• the way you BEG to go "nigh-nigh" & put your hands up by your face when you're sleepy.  PRESH.
• your ever-growing adoration for the Fresh Beats.  
• your suggestive dance moves ;)
• the way you say, "i ju mommy" (aka-i love you!) LITERALLY HEART MELTING words right there.
• the way you look so distressed & just say "uh oh baby" anytime cameron abuses you instead of getting violent & hitting/clawing/biting her back! Such a sweetie pie.

What you're like these days:

• wearing 18mo, 18-24mo, & some 24mo clothes
• size 4 diapers or fully unsnapped cloth.
• you're out of the head-banging tantrum phase.  sooo happy.
• you are a skinny-minnie, but you've grown so all of your pants are too short!
• size 5 shoes
• you heart puppy more than ever.
• you're obsessssssed w/ "beh-bust" {breakfast}...particularly "cah-wah-mahk" {cereal & milk}
• the Fresh Beats are your BFFs & you exclaim each of their names w/SUCH excitement when they get screentime :)  hilar.
• dancing queen.  still.
• you stand on daddy's guitar case and tell us how tall you are ALLLL the time.
• you love to tell ppl how old you are.
• you're learning your colors pretty well!!...and since purple is tatum's fav is MIGHT be your fav too...
• you go to bed around 8 and get up around 8.  awesome sleeper still. love you for that :)
• when we come get you out of bed you say, "pacibed!" and chunk your paci down into your covers w/such enthusiasm.  ha...this will end soon bc your paci will be no more... yikes.
• you get SO pumped to help me get camo up from naps AND when she gets in the bathtub w/you.
• bathtime is your fav...you start ripping your shirt off anytime the "b" word is uttered.
• bubbles are your latest obsession.  the real thing.  in the bathtub.  our phone app.  doesnt matter. you LOVE.
• you want to play "outide" 24/7. this usually involved talking to kerbs, digging in the dirt, placing little tiny dirt piles in all kinds of random places, and laying in the grass flat on your back and just staring @ the sky
• you love to sing your ABCs...even though all you do is make random noise the whole time ha.  supercute.
• you are in love w/carson & casey.  you love tatum too but you still can't say her name well! 
• you have become shy all of a sudden when you see males that you havent seen in a while.  BUT if they give puppy a hug, you warm up immediately.  sooo funny.

LOVE YOU MUNCHKIN!!  You & Camo make daddy and me the happiest people on the planet.  FOR REALS.  You'll be 2 in 2 months!! Craaaaziness...

My Little 8 Month Old Cutie!!

Welllll my little babymunch, you are now 8 months old!  Dude.  I'm trying realllllly hard to soak in every little thing the way I did with Aves, but it's true about the second kiddo.  It seems to go by SO much faster!  There are just so many more distractions in life these days (namely- a little toddler named Aves!)

Sweet Camerton- you bring me joy every single day.  LOTS of joy.  Your smile is seriously THE cutest thing ever.  It makes me SO happy and sometimes even brings a tear (or 2) to my eye.  You make me that cheesy mom that cries for no reason ha.  Annnnd I LOVE it.  You are straight up IN LOVE w/your big sis....and w/all of her friends.  You LOVE to just be in the same room w/them and watch them play...and now that you are insanely mobile, you try to participate in everything they do!  It's quite presh to watch. 

You have really struggled to get rid of this nastiness that's going around so bad lately.  I've spent more time with you in the middle of the nights than I would like to....BUT at the same time I LOVE it.  I love getting to sit with JUST you....nothing else going on...and listen to your sweet little sleepy sounds.  I adorrre watching your eyes get all crazy as your start to drift but try SO hard not to :)  As much as I love our midnight hang out sessions, your daddy & I are praying that you get super healthy SUPER soon.  :)

• the way you giggle when we life the flaps in your books
• the way CAN NOT keep your hands off your seester.  So cute.
• the way you flap your arms like CRAZY when you get excited (ex: when Aves starts dancing to Fresh Beats)
• the way you immediately drop what you're doing and search the house high & low when you're not sure where I am
• and then your massive smile & squeal when you find me!
• watching you & your sis bathe together.  you guys have so much in there!
• watching your ridiculous smile when kerbey gives you kisses!  you lovvvvve kerbs!  and she loves you too bc you give her lots of attention :)
• the way you pull up and just stare @ aves when shes sitting in her chair.  LOVE those sweet seester moments!

Here's what you're up to gurrrrrl:

• speed crawler to the max.  impressive.
• pulling up non stop (couch, daddy's chair, aves' chair, kitchen table...)
• starting to walk while holding the couch AND switch between the couch/aves chair/dad's chair w/out falling!  making progress sister :)
• chewing NONstop on aves' bath letters.
• da-da-da-da
• giggling a lot when we read to you.  love it.
• LOVE you some puffs.  you eat them in a rather ferocious manner.  not very lady-like :)
• always want to eat avery's snacks. (and you have a few times.  whoops!)
• sleeping 830ish to 7ish
• napping 2-3 x day
• love attention and being around other people
• usually need a playmate.  not nearly as independent as your sister was @ your age....as is typically the case w/ 1st/2nd children from what I hear...
• you are sooo happy in the playroom as long as avery is in there w/you
• you LOVE the backyard
• you are a great stroller baby (yay!)
• you are 100% happy when we go on wagon rides & you get to sit across from Aves like a BIG girl!
• you're wearing 6-12mo OR 9mo clothes.
• size 3 diapers or single snapped cloth!
• you seem to be a little bit happier in the car than you used to be :)
• instead of turning your head away when you're full, you keep taking the bites i offer you but just start getting reallyyyyy mad about it. ha! it's pretty funny :)
• You are so so happy in the bathtub!

You are the bomb.  All 3 of us love you a whollllllle lot little Camo!

Cameron: 5 Months!

My youngest child is 5 months old!  Whoa.  When Ave was this age we though she was getting "soooo old" and now with Cam it's easy to realize she is still such a teeny little baby.  She truly does get more and more fun every day.  We love our babymunchkin a LOT!!  Her cute little smile makes me soooo happy and sometimes even makes me cry ha! 

WEIGHT: 15 pounds

• fav toys: playmat, jumperoo, anything to chew on!
• never has been a big paci fan
• no longer sleeps with paci
• poops once a day (praise the Lord!)
• 6oz every 3 hrs
• always looks like she's trying to whistle!

• i think she's going through a growth spurt bc she's been eating a TON the last couple of days!
• stares at her big sis non stop
• gets mad when you give her attention and then give it to someone else (middle child??)
• loves kissy sounds
• is getting a LITTLE more of a giggle noise going.  pretty dang cute.
• loves the outdoors (like any baby i think??)
• is wearing 6-9 mo clothing
• rolls over like crazy for her daddy but notsomuch for me...??
• is totally content in her bumbo if she's got something to chew on
• loves kerbey and giggles at her sometimes
• sleeps about 10 hrs a night
• LOVES bathtime.  like....LOVELOVES. she splashes like cuh-raaaazy.  cuteness.
• does NOT like to be snuggled unless super exhausted
• likes attention and freedom at the same time.

WE LOVE YOU CAMERTON!!!  Our little goobers are growing up! We are some super lucky parentals bc our girlies are sweeeeeeeetsweet babies!! :)

Cameron: 4 Months

The baby munchkin is 4 months old! I'm serious.  Time actually goes by THAT fast.  Camo is so much different than Aves was at this age.  (updates coming after doc appointment manana!)

HEIGHT- 26 in-  80%

WEIGHT- 13lb 14oz- 56%

HEAD- 16in-  43%

• eats at LEAST every 3 hours
• gets up 2-3 times/night to eat
• doesn't ever seem REALLY satisfied
• starting with night time routine (hopefully it works!)
• naps randomly throughout the day
• totally not a schedule
• LOVES rainforest playmat
• likes the jumperoo for short bits of time
• sleeps like a champ in her vibratey bouncer
• is sooooo curious about evvvverything
• always wants to be facing the room so she doesn't miss anything!
• cries when she's sick of whatever she's doing...REALLY loud... and then is allll smiles as soon as she's got my attention :)
• gives mommy lots of big smiles!!
• we canNOT get her to giggle for the LOVE!  we have tried desperately and all we get is this hilarious giant smile/choking sound.  SO funny.
• loves leo the lion, just like her seester did
• sleeps on her back.  always.
• still likes to be somewhat swaddled
• not a huge paci lover....but liking it more and more.  not sure how i feel about this one.  maybe i should take it away now...before it's too late!!
• has not rolled over.  hasnt even come CLOSE. 
• not a huge fan of tummy time, but is starting to handle it for a bit longer now :)
• tries to attack every single thing that comes within 6 inches of her face. 
• grabs at pretty much everything
• intrigued by the computer screen, cellular, TV
• loves "twinkle twinkle"...it's her song...kind of like aves and "buttercup"
• loves her big sis!! loves watching her every move.  makes me happy.
• kicks like crazy all of a sudden
• is starting to kinda sorta bounce a little bit in her jumperoo
• seems to like bathtime, but not when im pouring water on her head. weird.
• had a terrrible yeast infection/diaper rash for about 2.5 weeks.  FINALLY gone.  thank you, lotrimin!
• likes her swing to go side to side
• definitely seems to get overstimulated sometimes...it's hard to keep that from happening when i've got a gooftroop 18 month old around all the time!

LOVE YOU LITTLE CAMERTON!!  Mommy, Daddy & Aves are loving watching you grow and develop.  I know you don't get alllll of my attention the way Avery did, but I love you sooooo so very much and absolutely adore my time with you :)  You bless our lives and we thank God for creating you so perfectly and for giving you to US!!

Avery: 18 Months!!

Aves is 18 months old.  WOW.  That child is growing up!! It's craziness.

WEIGHT:  21.5 lbs ---> 15%

HEIGHT:  33 in. ---> 86%

• This child grew 3 inches in 3 months!!
• Loves Nick Jr, esp Fresh Beat Band & Backyardigans
• Loves to snuggle/wrestle w Kerbs.
• Can name all of her immediate relatives... still workin on Aunt Amy though!!
• Riley "YiYi"
• Reid "Eee" or "yiyi"
• Nonni "Nonna"
• Big Poppy "Bobby"
• Nana "Nahnah"
• Papa "Bopbop"
• Animal sounds galore...and most of them are hysterically inaccurate :)
• Constantly asks, "what's that?"
• Loves to skype w her g-parentals.
• Apparently is TERRIFIED of the doctor now.  Not cool.
• Is totally random with her food preferences.  Her fav thing one day is the bain of her existence the next.
• Loves apple juice, milk, water (any fruit/veggie juice too!)
• Will finally eat ground meat (turkey...still not into beef yet)
• Still only has 4 teeth!
• Is a skinny minnie!  She's in the right size for length but everything is huge in the waist.  We need to put some meat on this child!
• Loves bathtime still
• Is doing great in her Bumgenius 3.0! 
• Loves to help with her babysister
• Now loves to do everything for babydolls just like mommy does for Cameron
• Is starting the terrible twos! Yikes.  Is in this terrible kicking and squeeling phase.  AND she starts hitting herself in the head kind of hard when we tell her no.  
• Is about to start being put in "timeout" proooobably 15 times a day.  Just an estimate.  We shall see...
• Great with fork & spoon finally :)
• Has a big girl potty bc she is super interested in the whole going potty thing.  Not really potty training yet though.
• HATES pooping.  Does a poopy dance and tries to hold it in.  Hilarious/sad.

Avery is the bomb.  We adore her.  She's fun, hilarious, friendly, and just makes our life incredibly JOYFUL!  SOO thankful that God has given us such an awesome blessing to brighten our every day!
